COMPUTER TECHNICIAN (WINDOWS & MAC)

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Eager to learn new skills and develop existing ones
• In-depth experience troubleshooting software and hardware for laptops and desktops
• Experience cleaning and restoring software functionality from malware and viruses
• Familiarity with wireless and wired networksPreferred Experience
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• 2+ years of experience with computer hardware/software
• Experience with Windows Server
• Familiarity with wireless and wired networks
• Computer or networking certification is a plus (A+, Cisco, etc.)
